Order Changes and Cancellations

Please double check your selection before placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, we start processing it right away. This means we are unable to make changes, switch items, or cancel orders after they are placed.

Shipping Addresses

Make sure to review your delivery address before completing your purchase. Providing complete and accurate details helps ensure your order reaches you without any delays. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery issue, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.

Delivered Packages and Postal Issues

When tracking shows that your package has been delivered by the carrier, our responsibility for the delivery ends. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping provider directly to locate it. We are only responsible for shipping errors if we made a mistake by printing an address different from what you provided at checkout.

Product Colors and Pattern Variations

Because our items are made with unique textile patterns, no two pieces are exactly identical. Slight differences in pattern placement, color, or texture are a natural part of our products and make your item truly one of a kind. We do our best to display colors accurately on screen, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

Payments and Pricing

All prices listed on our store are shown in THB and are subject to change without notice. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Arun pieces as much as we loved creating them. If you need to make a return, we are happy to help you through the process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:

• The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your package.
• The item is completely unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The item is returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please note that because each of our products features a unique pattern variation, slight differences in print and color placement are a natural part of our design and make your item one of a kind.

How to Request a Return

• Send an email to dayswith.arun@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request Order [Your Order Number]".
• Include your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.
• Once our team approves your request, we will send you instructions on where to ship your package.

Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can follow your package on its way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
